    ARE YOU LIVING IN A BUBBLE? If you’ve done a traditional 5K, you know they can be a bit lackluster. But the BUBBLE RUN™ is the running equivalent to the whimsical bubble room in Willy Wonkas factory. Clad in white t-shirts, Participants run, walk, dance and play across 3 miles rad real estate. Waves start every 3-5 minutes. Then, at each kilometer, participants will run through the Bubble Bogs where there is enough colored bubbles and foam to cover you from head to toe!

    Virginia Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service

    2016 Virginia Fallen Firefighters and Emergency Medical Services Memorial Service is Saturday, June 4, 2016 in the Main Exhibition Hall starting at 12pm. This is the 19th Annual Memorial Service to honor the bravery and public service of firefighter’s who died in the line of duty or have been recognized by the Virginia Line of Duty Death Act in the last year. The memorial service, hosted by the Virginia Department of Fire Programs, will include a keynote address from a guest speaker, a Virginia Fire Services honor guard procession, musical performances, and a fire apparatus display from fire departments across the state.     Richard Petty Driving Experience: RPDE offers both Ride Along and Driving Experiences. For Ride Alongs you experience real life racing thrills by riding shotgun in a 2-seat NASCAR-style stock car driven by one of our professional driving instructors, 3-lap qualifying run at speeds up to 165 MPH, the Ride-Along program is operated at over 20 NASCAR racing locations.
