This 60,000 square foot building is ideal for consumer shows and trade shows with ample space, plenty of restrooms and free parking. We host events throughout the entire year ranging from the Richmond Boat Show to the Bizarre Bazaar and the Southern Women’s Show.  The Dimensions are 300' x 190' x 32' which accommodates hundreds of booths.  This building has two easy access drive through load in doors and two loading docks. A lobby area is located in the front of the building that is equipped with a show office, Americrown Catering concession area, three ticket windows and ample extra space for registration and admissions. This building also connects to the Commonwealth Building.

  • Meeting Rooms


    The Richmond Raceway Complex also offers five meeting rooms on the second floor of the Exphibition Hall.  These meeting rooms range from 500 to 5,000 square feet.  We can host a variety of events in these rooms including seminars, luncheons, banquets, interviews, board meetings, etc.  These meeting and conference rooms are uniquely designed to accommodate meetings and conferences of all sizes. Private restrooms are also located upstairs. Want to add something extra to your next meeting or conference?
