The Colonial Building is Richmond Raceway Complex’s smallest venue space sitting at 9,000 sq. ft., but it is one of our most utilized buildings. It is the perfect space for smaller events such as the Reptile Expo, Doll Show, Bead Show and is even used as packet pickup for the 5k fun runs on site. It also comes equipped with a show office in the front of the hall.
