Richmond Raceway complex is an 1100-acre, multipurpose facility and one of the most versatile special events sites in the country.

Perfect for all occasions from intimate corporate training sessions, networking, and team building events to large-scale gatherings with thousands of attendees, like expos, vendor shows, festivals, foot races, track rentals and more. We offer a distinctive experience combined with the thrill of being in a legendary sports venue.

FACILITY RENTAL OPTIONS

We have over 145,000 sq feet of exhibition space across multi-buildings.

EXPO 1: 50,000 sq ft and includes a lobby area with show office and café, restrooms, and four exterior facing ticket windows, and two loading docks. Rentals include use of a second-floor wellness room and one meeting space room. Ideal for larger vendor shows.
EXPO 2: 20,000 sq ft and connects to additional buildings via breezeway
OLD DOMINION BUILDING: 36,000 sq ft, this stand-alone exhibition all is a brick replica of the barn that was a part of the original fairgrounds. With high ceilings, sky lights, restrooms, this building offers a nostalgic feel with modern amenities.
EXPO 3 (30,000 sq ft) and EXPO 4 (9,000 sq ft) are offered as add-on options only for rentals of Expo 1 and/or 2.

*Expo buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be connected via interior breezeways.

From parking lots, grass lots, pavilions, and an amphitheater, these venue options allow the most flexibility and accommodate the most creative of events. Outside rentals include access to the nearest set of outdoor restrooms.

COVERED ARENA: Approximately 28,000 sq. ft of covered space with dirt/mulch ground. Instead of renting a big tent, picture hosting your event under the arena.
SHEETZ SCOUT VILLAGE: Tree lined grass area with three concrete based wood picnic pavilions. This area is the perfect outdoor setting for an intimate gathering of 10 – 150 guests.
PAVED LOTS: These paved areas host events like boat displays, driving and drifting courses, car shows and more. Choose from three options: BUS LOT, DRIFT LOT, or MIDWAY.
GRASS LOTS: These green spaces provide considerable space to spread out. LOT C, LOT D, and LOT F, host events such as 5K and 10K runs/walks, festivals and more.
GLASS PAVILION: 8,400 sq ft building with two sides constructed with full glass with roll up doors. This space does not have air conditioning or heat, but with the roll up doors you can create an amazing spring or fall event.
HORTICULTURE GARDEN: Courtyard-esque green area is lined with crepe myrtles and a brick walkway. This space is the entry way to the Glass Pavilion or can be used as a stand-alone enclosed area.
COMMONWEALTH MALL: Gated brick paver area complete with multiple large-scale restrooms and 2 built in concession/merchandise stands. This area is the entry way to the amphitheater.
AMPHITHEATER: This is the only covered amphitheater in the region. 6,000+ concert venue with fixed and temporary seating options, lawn, VIP area for 100, six green rooms with showers, backstage screened in catering pavilion, multiple built-in restrooms, stage and rig ready structure. This area includes backstage loading dock and hauler parking.

TORQUE CLUB: This 15,000 sq. ft. modern club in our Tower gets you up high and boasts one of the best views of the track property and is complete with two built-in bars, a café seating and lounge to accommodate up to 600 guests. The space is extremely versatile and can accommodate banquet or theater seating for up to 200, vendor space for up to 90 booths, panel discussions, networking, seminar trainings and more.
VICTORY LANE CLUB: 1,885 sq. ft. infield club with rooftop view accommodates 125 people. Club has interior glass views into the garages, modern café and lounge furniture, with a built-in buffet/bar. There is an additional separate 735 sq ft. interior suite available to add to the rental of Victory Lance Club.
MEDIA CENTER: 16,000 sq ft. with multiple interior rooms, break area, and reception desk. This space also connects to a 3,600 sq. foot multipurpose hospitality room with 2 roll up garage doors facing the infield fangrounds. This space is ideal for events that need meeting + break out areas.
GARAGE BAYS: Two banks of garages 1-8 and 9-43 provide long linear space with roll up doors on both sides. This area does not have conditioned air, but it is ideal for car shows, large-scale volunteer assemblies, vendor exhibitions, packet-pick up activities and more.
INFIELD FANGROUNDS/CONCESSION AREAS: located in the center of the track the infield fangrounds is a concrete open-air area with four permanent shade structures, built in concession stands and permanent restroom facilities.

TRACK: ¾ mile paved D-shaped oval with 2-to-14-degree embankments. Track rentals require the addition of tunnel attendants, fire safety and emergency medical services, and security. Rental is for daylight hours only and is subject to approval of use.
